The socks are a little thicker than most, so some of the girls needed to loosen the laces on their volleyball shoes, but everyone appreciated the comfort and style. The only thing I would note is that the smaller size is also a bit shorter, but not noticeably so, when you are wearing knee pads. We are happy with the purchase!
