These socks saved my sons legs. They are mostly cotton and allowed his skin to breathe. He was getting rashes in the polyester sports socks and now with these socks he's not.

The socks are exactly what I needed.
Pros
- The socks are just the right size for the average to taller person with athletic sized calves. Compression is perfect from top to bottom. I never have to pull them up even after having them on all day.
Cons
- Don't know any negatives at this time. The only down side would be if for some reason they didn't have much longevity. Too soon to know.

I actually got these for my mom, who lives in a senior home and has been wanting comfortable, affordable, knee-high black socks for awhile to wear with her Sketcher shoes. She always wears dresses, never pants, but her legs get cold. She loves these socks and is very glad to have them now.

It is so hard to find knee-high socks, but these are great. The weight of the sock is midway between a dress sock and an athletic sock, so it feels a trifle thin and to my taste could be a little thicker so it can wear better over time. But overall, a great sock for a reasonable price.
